Whatever the reason, counselling can help by providing a safe and containing environment in which you can both feel able to express and explore your concerns with each other and with the help of a trained and skilled professional.
Couples work is different from work with individuals. In recognition of that, I have undertaken a further two year diploma level training in couples counselling.
I will usually suggest an initial 90 mins session to explore issues and to make an assessment of the nature of the further work required. I make a reduced charge of £50 for this initial 90 min session (The usual rate is £50 per hr)
